  • Learn the steps to collect and analyze the information you need to prepare for your plan. It begins with a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to get to know your organization.
  • Discover recovery strategies, which begins with reviewing the types of decisions you will need to make if a disruptive event occurs. Will you work from home? Is there an alternative work site? Who needs to be contacted? And more.
  • Learn how to create a simple Business Continuity Plan to help manage and recover from disruptive events, including key action items and contacts.
  • Participate in an engaging exercise. Attendees will be able to practice a business continuity plan based on a disaster scenario.
