This 260,000 square-foot state-of-the art production facility, includes 6 sound stages, production offices, support facilities, and auxiliary services for large-scale television and film production.

This warehouse consist of 2 studios.

Studio 1: 84,000 sq. ft. with 20 ft & 26 ft clear ceiling height. Bays are 57ft X 36ft. 8 Loading bays

Studio 2: 54,000 sq. ft. with 26 ft clear ceiling height. 2 drive-in doors plus Lockup & carp shops. 

In total, the site offers 40,000 sq. ft. of office space and ample parking on 10 acres.

This studio features 55,000 square feet of production space and 5,000 square feet of office space. Ample space is also available for makeup, wardrobe and storage. The studio property has five dock level doors, and one door with drive-on capability for easy loading and unloading of equipment.

This 181,000 square-foot premium, full-service facility provides clients with 4 large stage spaces, 2 floors of office space, 2 carpentry, 2 paint wardrobes, props, and breakdown rooms, along with ample parking. All offices are fully furnished, providing a modern and comfortable turn-key work environment.

This Legacy Studio provides clients with a 180,000 square foot facility with 4 stages, wardrobe, set dec, props, mill and a full service paint shop, complete with a paint spray booth. It has 36’ x 44’ bays, with a ceiling height of 28 feet clear. All offices are equipped with fibre-optic services and are fully furnished, providing a modern and comfortable turn-key work environment.

This 151,000 square-foot premium, 28-foot clear height, full-service facility includes 4 large engineered sound stages, mill shop and paint shop with additional support space and ample parking. All offices are fully furnished, providing a modern and comfortable turn-key work environment.

This 68,000 square-foot premium, with a 32-foot clear height, full-service facility. The space provides clients with a large stage, office space, costume and wardrobe, and support, along with ample circus and crew parking. All offices are equipped with fibre-optic services and are fully furnished, providing a modern and comfortable turn-key work environment. has additional support and mill/paint space offered from the MillCreek Support location. This location has a total space of 13,500 square-feet and boasts 15 office with a large boardroom.

This 77,000 square-foot studio includes 2 stages with 26 ft height, offices, flex lock-up, construction space, 2 Grade loading bays, 5 Doc loading bays, Bell & Light system.
