This Webinar will discuss simple ways for small to medium sized organizations prepare for outages and disruptions. Planning is about more than the actions to be taken when things go wrong. Business Continuity Planning outlines the organization itself as the object of the planning, not the disruption itself.

- Discover recovery strategies, which begins with reviewing the types of decisions you will need to make if a disruptive event occurs. Will you work from home? Is there an alternative work site? Who needs to be contacted? And more.
- Learn how to create a simple Business Continuity Plan to help manage and recover from disruptive events, including key action items and contacts.
- Participate in an engaging exercise. Attendees will be able to practice a business continuity plan based on a disaster scenario.
