Nathacha is the proud Program Founder and Director of Budding Genius in Mississauga, an innovative training centre that offers children, ages 4 to18 years, the opportunity to learn science, technology, engineering arts, and math (STEAM) in a fun and interactive environment. Since 2018, the Budding Genius has seen a 40% growth in attendees and was also featured as one of the world’s most innovative program for children in the 2019 ICUBE University of Toronto Mississauga’s Catalogue. Like many other business owners, Nathacha was deeply impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic that ultimately led to the closure of her in-person classes. Over the past few months, Nathacha made the switch to virtual teaching to better accommodate her students, while still maintaining an engaging, fun, and innovative atmosphere.
To help boost marketing efforts, Nathacha sought the help of the Mississauga Business Enterprise Centre (MBEC) and attended free digital marketing sessions. “The services I received from MBEC provided me with useful marketing tips on how to manage my digital advertisments.”, said Nathacha. “After those sessions, I saw an increase in my conversion rate from my ads on social media. We are very grateful for their help.”
Along with the webinars, Nathacha also received a free one-on-one consultation with an expert advisor that helped create a path for the regrowth of Budding Genius using digital marketing strategies. The consultation included analyzing her online presence and providing her strategies and tips to organize her business online.
